Services Provided
We offer diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for laptops, including hardware repairs, software troubleshooting, upgrades, and replacements.
Estimates and Approvals
After diagnosing the issue, we will provide an estimate for the repair. Work will only begin after your approval.
Customer Responsibility
Please back up your data before submitting your laptop for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
Ensure that your laptop is free of any password or security restrictions that may hinder the repair process.
Pricing and Payment
All services will be priced based on the estimate provided. Additional charges may apply if further issues are found during the repair.
Payment is due when the repair is completed.
Turnaround Time
We will provide an estimated time for completion. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will inform you if this happens.
Warranty
We offer a 14 days warranty on services and replaced parts. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or misuse.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your laptop unless it is caused by our negligence.
We are not responsible for any data loss or recovery issues.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a repair, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if the repair has already started.
